Week 23: Continuing the Conversation

 This week was essentially an extension of last wee which involved continuing the conversations that had already started. This method of artmaking became more and more intricate each time it changed hands. With each edit another layer was created, something more for the viewer to become intrigued and immersed by.

Storytelling almost inadvertently became a core point within the process. Each poster tells an entire story in itself, the intricacies of each visual element create a different/new talking point that the viewer can latch onto and insert their own messages/meanings. These works are fundamentally designed to be accessible for all and incredibly real.

These pieces are continuations/new conversations for this week. Overall I feel that they are becoming stronger and stronger as works of art and potentially even as a work of protest, defying the commercial realm of the poster and taking it for ourselves. The introspective human elements are what excite me most and I hope we can continue down this line of thought in the future.
